- The T&P Cell helps each student define their career Interest through individual expert counseling.
- Regularly facilitates student interaction with top industry personnel via Guest Lectures.
- The T&P cell has successfully organized placement opportunities with various Companies, and a large number of companies are lined up for the coming year.
In addition to the efforts of the Placement Team, the students are also guided by their respective departments regarding the various job opportunities available to them. Special training programs are organized and conducted to offer company-specific employability training.

The Placement Cell at Jagran Institute of Management (JIM) is committed to providing students with the best opportunities to start their professional careers. Our goal is to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, ensuring that our students are well-prepared for their future roles.
Objectives
– Facilitate students placement in reputed companies.
– Provide career guidance and counseling to students.
– Organize training sessions to enhance employability skills.
– Maintain strong relationships with industry partners.
Eligibility
– Students must have maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in all semesters.
– Students must have passed all internal and external examinations.
– Students must participate in all training sessions organized by the Placement Cell.
Registration
– Interested students must register with the Placement Cell at the beginning of the academic year.
– Students are required to submit their updated resumes and other necessary documents.
Placement Process
1. Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs):
– Companies will conduct PPTs to provide information about job roles, company culture, and career growth opportunities.
2. Application:
– Students can apply to companies based on their interest and eligibility.
3. Selection Process:
– Companies will conduct their selection process, which may include written tests, group discussions, and personal interviews.
4. Offer Letters:
– Selected students will receive offer letters from the companies.
Code of Conduct
– Students must adhere to the dress code during placement activities.
– Students are expected to be punctual and professional in all interactions with recruiters.
– Any form of misbehavior or misconduct will lead to disqualification from the placement process.
Guidelines for Recruiters
– Recruiters are requested to provide detailed job descriptions and selection criteria.
– Recruiters are encouraged to conduct pre placement talks (PPT) to interact with students.
– Recruiters should inform the Placement Cell about the selection process and timelines.
Post-Placement
– Students must inform the Placement Cell upon receiving an offer.
– Students are encouraged to provide feedback about the placement process and their experience with the recruiters.
